It is the first time in my life to say that it was a pleasure having work carried out at my house. Both Mark and Dave were thoughtful and explained fully all the work to be done and then carried it out exactly as described and nothing was a problem. They then left everything tidy and sparkling clean - if only all tradesmen were like them - we would never have a thing to complain about!!
